The other day we participated in my second favorite activity at the beach...shopping.
First stop, Disney store!
As you might of guessed, this is the only store Elizabeth enjoys shopping at. She even helped pick out some Christmas gifts for herself.
This is an important point. Because we explained to her that the toys were for Christmas and she couldn't open them yet.
She has accepted this with no issue, and I have to admit I was proud of her.
Anyway, we finished shopping and headed to the car. Upon arrival of the car, Elizabeth stated,
"It's Christmas time. Now I can have my toys".
After laughing at her cleverness, we re-explained the order of holidays and she is now back to waiting for her toys...
But only because candy comes next.

Ah if she's a good toddler she'll forget about it in a few days. :)
I love the Disney Store, the one closest to us closed a few years ago, so sad.
